Bangunan GKI Bromo Jalan Bromo 2 Malang ini cukup mencolok karena bangunan ini adalah salah satu bangunan cagar budaya di Kota Malang yang dipelihara dengan baik. Bahkan keaslian bangunan ini terus dijaga dan dipelihara dengan baik. Seluruh kegiatan dan kebaktian di GKI Bromo dilakukan di dalam gedung ini begitu juga kegiatan administrasi yang mendukung semua kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh GKI Bromo Malang.
GKI Bromo merupakan salah satu gereja Kristen Protestan dibawah PGI yang menjadi gereja tujuan para mahasiswa yang sedang melanjutkan tugas belajar dan perkuliahan di Kota Malang. Jadi tidak mengherankan jika banyak sekali generasi muda yang terlibat di kegiatan-kegiatan gerejawi di GKI Bromo. Mau menemukan Indonesia kecil di Kota Malang, GKI Bromo adalah salah satu tempatnya.
Jika Anda beribadah di GKI Bromo Jalan Bromo 2 Malang, sebaiknya Anda hadir di gedung kebaktian 15-30 menit sebelum ibadah dimulai. Selain gedung gereja yang memang selalu penuh, ada pujian yang dinyanyikan oleh Tim Persiapan Ibadah yang akan mempersiapkan jemaat masuk ke dalam ibadah.
Gedung GKI Bromo Jalan Bromo 2 Malang ini mudah ditemukan karena berada di pusat kota Malang. Untuk mencapai lokasi GKI Bromo di Jalan Bromo 2 ini, Anda dapat menggunakan kendaraan pribadi dan juga kendaraan umum. Beberapa angkutan umum (di Malang disebut dengan angkot / mikrolet), melewati Jalan Bromo ataupun Jalan Kawi yang merupakan sisi samping GKI Bromo Malang.
Jika Anda datang dari arah Tlogomas / Dinoyo, naiklah jalur GL, turun di IKIP Budi Utomo lalu lanjutkan berjalan kaki. Jika dari arah Gadang, naik jurusan GL dan LDG. Kedua jalur ini akan lewat di depan gedung gereja. Sedangkan jika Anda dari arah Arjosari, naik saja jurusan ADL atau AT . Dan jurusan MM jika Anda dari Dieng, Bandulan atau Sawojajar.
